I posted week one a few days ago and hopefully your moving along well with it. Below is part two which is actually HARDER. You'll see your gains at this point so it will be worth it but chances are your going to want to eat. Bare with me and if you get too hungry healthy snacks are allow. Avoid snacks loaded with sugar and excess calories. And on to Week 2...
WEEK 2:
Day 8:
Breakfast: Coffee or Tea
Lunch: 2 Lamb Chops, Spinach, Tomatoes
Dinner: 1 Large Steak, Mixed Greens
Day 9:
Breakfast: Coffee or Tea, 1 Toast
Lunch: 1 Steak, Mixed Greens, 1 Fruit
Dinner: 1 steak, Mixed Greens, 1 Fruit
Day 10:
Breakfast: Coffee or Tea, 1 Toast
Lunch: Braised Celery, 1 Tomato, 1 Orange
Dinner: 3 Slices of Ham, Mixed Greens
Day 11:
Breakfast: Coffee or Tea, 1 Toast
Lunch: 1 Boiled Egg, Carrots, Cheese
Dinner: Fruit Salad, Yogurt
Day 12:
Breakfast: Carrots with Lemon Juice
Lunch: Fish, 1 Tomato
Dinner: 1 Large Steak, Braised Celery
Day 13:
Breakfast: Coffee or Tea, Toast
Lunch: Chicken, Mixed Greens
Dinner: 2 Slices of Smoked Salmon, 1 Bowl of Carrots
Day 14:
Breakfast: Tea
Lunch: grilled meat, 1 Fruit
Dinner: Whatever you want
Now again, This will be tough but what things worth while aren't Stick through it and i promise you will lose weight. Feel free to let me know or comment.
